Nina partners with social sector organisations that are at an inflection point of growth, helping leadership teams clarify priorities and translate intent into practical next steps. She focuses on strengthening strategy, systems and people practices so organisations can deliver consistently and scale without losing sight of their purpose.

Over the last twenty years, she has worked in the social sector, including setting up Child Rights and You (CRY) in the UK, where she led fundraising, communication and governance. With her background in advertising, she has also driven donor communication and brand building for nonprofits, and consulted with partners on financial planning, manpower planning, SOPs and organisation‑wide strategy.

Nina is an MBA from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai, with three decades of experience across business development, marketing and advertising with organisations such as Lintas, HSBC and Hutch (Vodafone) in India.

Her career highlights include roles as a Marketing Communications Consultant for various leading non‑profit organisations, Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives Lead at TEDxGateway, and Associate General Manager at CRY – Child Rights and You. Steshia's expertise in developing compelling content, managing multi‑channel campaigns, and driving marketing communications initiatives has consistently delivered tangible results for organisations.

With a postgraduate diploma in communication studies from Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC) and a graduate degree from Narsee Monjee (NM) College of Commerce and Economics, majoring in Business Management, Steshia brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to her collaborations with purpose‑driven organisations.
