Protsahan empowers girls living in situations of vulnerability to grow up empowered with access to education and healthcare within safe spaces.

The challenge

Protsahan was delivering effective programmes with adolescent girls and was looking to develop a coherent strategy to scale their work sustainably. Teams needed clarity on priorities, resource requirements and how to grow without losing quality.
